What FreshlyVault is

FreshlyVault is a read-only archive of orders placed with Freshly Squeezed Samples. It exists so that customers can re-download products they have already purchased and obtain proof of purchase for tracks they have signed or licensed using those products.

FreshlyVault is not a store. New products are not sold through this site — the main freshlysqueezedsamples.com store is closed, and current releases are distributed via Splice, Producer Loops and Reveal Sound.

Access & identity verification

To access your orders you must supply three details from your original purchase: the email address used to pay on PayPal, the year the purchase was made, and one of the products bought on that order. All three must match an order on our records. A single match identifies you as the buyer and unlocks every order linked to that PayPal email.

We do not send a verification email and we do not require a password. The match itself is the verification step, so anyone holding all three pieces of information can view and download the associated orders — treat them as you would any other access credential. Per-file download limits and per-file unique-IP caps apply.

We log lookup attempts for abuse prevention. Repeated failed attempts targeting the same email, or otherwise suspicious patterns of automated activity, may be rate-limited or temporarily blocked. We also operate per-IP and per-email failed-attempt thresholds; persistent abuse from one source may result in a permanent IP block.

Your licence

The licence attached to each downloadable product is the licence that was in force at the time of your original purchase. Downloading a file from FreshlyVault does not grant you any new or expanded rights, and does not constitute a re-purchase. Existing royalty-free, sync, or commercial-use rights granted at the time of purchase continue to apply.

Files obtained through FreshlyVault may not be re-distributed, re-sold or shared. They are licensed to the original purchaser only.

For the full licence agreement that applies to current purchases, see the Licence page. Historical purchases are governed by the licence in force at the time of purchase — that licence is displayed alongside each order in FreshlyVault.

Service availability

FreshlyVault is provided “as is”. We take reasonable care to keep it online and to keep your order history intact, but we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific time. If you encounter a problem accessing your downloads, get in touch and we’ll help.
