When to get in touch
- Can’t find an order — the lookup form doesn’t match your details, you’ve forgotten which email you used, or the product isn’t in the dropdown.
- Download trouble — a link won’t work, a file looks corrupted, or you need a fresh link.
- Proof of purchase — you need a transaction record for a label, distributor or sync agency.
- Anything else — licence questions, account changes, or anything not covered in the FAQ.
What to include
The single best thing you can do: email us from the address you used to buy. If we recognise the sender, your order is one click away on our side — no digging, no manual lookup.
If that’s not possible (different inbox now, lost access, can’t remember), send one or more of:
- The PayPal email address used at the time of purchase — even if you can’t email from it any more, tell us what it was.
- The product name and approximate purchase date.
- The name on the card or PayPal account.
- A PayPal transaction ID from the original receipt, if you happen to have one — it doesn’t work in the lookup form (the receipt prints the buyer-side ID, we store the seller-side one) but on our side we can map it.
Don’t worry if you don’t have all of these — even one or two is usually enough for us to dig out the record. We have orders going back over 10 years on file.
